Fine Hounds

He looks confused with that Snow coming down, he's never seen that before, lol! But I bet he loves it with all the Coon yaw have up there compared to down here. Hope you been having fun with them and treeing plenty before Winter sets in hard on yaw. I got spoiled those two trips to Mr. Ed's and all the Coon we treed and seen setting up. Scott if you get the chance to come to the Winter Classic if you want to come a few days early and get those hounds adjusted we would sure love to show you the Bogue Chitto Swamps and I'm sure Mr. Jack would let us see the Pearl River Swamps too. I have a place for you to stay and a 4 run kennel for your hounds and you are always welcome, Anytime! Take Care and give Tramp and Creek a pat for me.

Hey Steve,
Thanks for the invite. I will get down there one of these years and make it to the Winter Classic. It would be a good time to hunt with you and Mr. Jack. Really starting to feel like winter up here. Cold with more snow coming in for the weekend.

Logan is still getting along. He is a tough old buzzard. Never had him collected and it this point I don't believe it will ever get done. Lots of nice sons out there out of him for folks to breed to if they wish.

Tramp II X Gin

Getting some nice reports on a sister to the Gin II pup. This little female is already splitting and having her coon. She treed 3 by herself last night. video below

Scott I can't get a video to pull up on my computer. I sure wish that you or the guy that owns her would put some pictures of her on here. I raised this litter in the house and they seem like part of the family and if any one else that reads this that has a pup out of this litter. I sure would like to see a picture of them. I talked to the guy that had the only male in the litter a couple of weeks ago and he said he had him running loose in his yard working with him and he went in the house for a few minutes and when he came back out the pup was gone and he hasn't seen him since. I sure did hate to hear that.

Shadow and Gin

Scott, I didn't know wheather or not you had talked to Jeremy today or not, but the little female that he has out of Shadow and Gin won 1st place at UKC hunt at Hattisburg, Ms. Last night. I haven't hunted with her yet, but I hear she is a good one.

Mr. Jack, I would agree with you on Gin being a reproducer. I think it is a reproducing bloodline going back to Tramp and Bullet and all the crosses made before that too. Hope you are doing well and Happy New Year to you and all of my other Blue tick friends out there.

Tramp II is paid up as a 2017 Performance Sire.

I have four young dogs coming up on 6 months old in January and will be ready to start soon. Bred the best. I may be willing to part with a few to the right hunters. Just PM me if interested.

I hope you and your family have a great new year!! I have not been on here much as I have not had much to talk about. I have been getting some calls on Breeding to Tramp but nothing in the hopper as of yet. I plan on making the cross with Creek when she comes in. Hopefully warmer days to come.

Tramp II

Congratulations to Jeremy Purvis for getting Shadow (Tramps half brother) qualified for the world hunt. Shadow is also throwing some nice pups. He is the sire of my young Sledge male.

Been getting some nice reports on Tramp II with the cross on Gin. There is a young female from this cross available down in Oklahoma. I can let you know if she is still available if you want to PM me I can give you the fellows name and phone number. Mr. Jack Smith sure made a couple of nice litters out of Gin with Tramp II and Shadow.

I will be getting Tramp into the RQE hunts to get him qualified also this year.

There are a couple of females that will be bred to Tramp II when they come in this year.

Mr. Jack had a real nice female out of the Tramp II and Gin cross he calls Gin II check out the Misty River post to see and read about this nice little female.

Tramp II is a nice one and I am blessed to have him here. The Tramp dogs (Tramp II and Shadow) are sure crossing well with the Hammerhead blood. Hope all is well.

Tramp II and Creek

I will be making a cross as soon as Creek comes in to Tramp II. I have had lots of interest in this cross but will not be reserving anything until the time comes.
We have had a winter that has gone from cold and snow to warmer with rain a number of times this year. I am glad we are getting the precipitation but we are ready for Spring. As I hope to have Creek bred I will be putting Tramp II in the bigger hunts and starting my two young dogs this Spring. I have a nice male out of Shadow and Hammerhead and a nice female out of Banjo and Mable that is a few months younger than him. I plan on keeping both of these if they pan out.
Ol' Logan is still kicking and has seemed to put on a little weight as of late this winter. He will be 13 this year if he makes it to August.
Hammerhead is 10 and like most of the Bullet dogs acts as though she could live another 10 years.
I am very blessed to have these dogs in my Kennel and all of the friends I have made following these blue dogs.

Here is what it looks like here now. This is a pond I dug on the farm last fall. It is 15 feet deep and already full of water.

Yes that is the way it will appear. The first one is BBOA the second one is BBCHA. Different layout people that is why they are different. Hope everything is going well with you.
