Winter Classic

I had a ball this weekend down in Batesville! If you haven't been, I would strongly recommend going at least once! It was nice hanging out with old friends, and making new as well! Congrats to all the winners! The English breed was well represented there!

Thanks for all the kind words and congrats from everyone. Alex and I are very fortunate to have Shadow in Scott's hands. We are excited to see Scott finish him the hunts and hit the bigger hunts. He was a natural from the very first night out. He ran and treed with his momma like he had been doing it all his life.

We're excited to be able to cross our top notch females on him in the next few years. I hope he can reproduce like his dad and mom.

Winter Classic Wrap Up

Heidi went 1 for 2 on cast wins in MS last weekend. She tied the black dog for 5th with identical scores but lost the coin flip to get awarded 5th place. So she finished in 6th. Not too bad out of over 120 other nt ch dogs.

I'm looking forward to the hunts starting back up up here and the opportunity to grand her out.

She showed me last weekend that she can win anywhere. She's not flashy but is a coon treer.

Fell free to come hunt with her anytime.

We have some exciting crosses on her lines up over the next couple of years.
