Got 9 males and 2 females. Both the females are staying with us. One male is coming to ya'll I understand Max, so there are 8 males for sale. Anybody looking for a pup out of Tango I'd take a hard look at this cross. $200 and they will be Performance nominated.

Max spent time today giving shots, worming dogs and a little training! Little Hector is starting to learn his place, biggest problem is keeping him out of Riptide and Jango pen, he follows them everywhere he can. Oh how he has changed in the short time, oh and it is nice to have one with kennel manners!!! Max any word lately on how Star's litter mate sister is doing that Waylon has?

Max we took Riptide to a hunt and got another Nite Champion win on him. Hunted with two Walkers and another Bluetick female. Made one den tree, once in the ground and treed one coon on the outside. Only two dogs at the hunt had any plus points as the coons were not running very well and it was bone dry where we were hunting. Corey is getting there with Riptide slowly but surely!!

Yeah Zeb sent me a picture of a big pile of pups a couple of days ago! Looks like most of them are going to have some body spots on them.

Hunted against 3 Grand Night Walkers one walker treeded 2 coons and riptide treed 1 off by himself. Got beat but not bad for a common Bluetick coondog. Trying my luck tomorrow.

Max a guy called us today ands wants to breed his Blue bitch to Riptide. The guy used to be a very hard hunter in the hunts and now pretty much a pleasure hunted. Hooking up for a two night hunt and check the Bitch out. He said he liked what he is hearing about Riptide and him being a young age. He said his bitch is a good breed bitch and is a real accurate hard tree dog. Would like another common old blue dog and so would he! Tell the boy we will be sending him a little something next week!!

Guys pups out of old Tango are early starters. I personally have 3 of them, one Night Champion, 6 month old already running and treeing, has split tree twice and seen one of them and one pup really liking the drag! Also have one 2 year old that is a grandson of Tango that is Grand on Bench and 3 wins towards Grand night and won't be three until April 2014. Also hunted two young hounds out of Tango that were treeing their own coon consistently at 9 months old and were what you call naturals.

Thanks Mark for the good words on Tango! He is 9 yrs old now so hopefully we can get a few more litters off of him before he isn't around anymore!
