Cold Run Blue Yelp got his 5th win Saturday to make Nt. Ch.
Yelp was pushed to the back burner for alittle while. But when he got his chance he made the most of it. Yelp is 50% on cast wins. Pretty nice little dog

I have a few Hook pups coming from couple different females. I will get them started then part with a couple. All three are well bred pups. Looking forward to seeing their progress.

3 beautiful male Hook pups. One at 16 weeks that will be headed to Vermont for a few months. The other 2 males are almost 9 weeks old. They will stay here to be started by me. Should be an interesting summer.

My buddy Hook getting a chance to stretch his legs a few nights. As Hook has gotten older ( going on 6 ). He has matured in ways that make him a more pleasurable hound to hunt. Not that he hasnt been a pleasure to hunt he seems to be at the next level in his life. It has been a subtle change but none the less a change. As l see this happening it makes me happy and proud of him but at the same time lm watching the best l have ever had get older which bothers me in some ways because l know that in just a quick few years he will start to go the other way with age. That will be a hard pill to swallow.

Dual Grand Hooked... Looks Nice Vertical or Horizontal on the Wood
and now has a piece of Wood that will Look Nice on the wall!!

Hook has been getting some much needed hunting lately. Also hunting a female pup from Hook that is looking very good. I have received many phone calls and texts on a number of his off spring from different crosses.

Hopefully we will do well at the zones in Michigan and earn a spot at the big dance.

Thanks to all that have bred their nice females to Hook and the many more that are putting time into a Get Hooked offspring.

Hook has bred acouple females the last couple weeks. There may be a 3rd cross on Chippawa Kate. Thr first two crosses are are very very nice.

Hook & Kate - Probable 3rd cross

Kate is due to come in heat again at the end of February, or the beginning of March, 2021. This will be the 3rd time we've made this proven cross. All 15 pups out of the first two crosses are showing great potential! We will begin putting names on the list once we have a successful breeding. Stay tuned for more information on this cross!

Chippewa Creek Blues

Hook won 1st place at the New Philadelphia RQE in Ohio a while back. 550 + no minus. We will be at Michigan zones in couple weeks. I sure hope my hearing is better up there than in the rolling hills that we hunt a good bit here in Ohio.
