Two good friends of mine Mr Donnie Butler, Taylor Roland and myself went tonight. Mr Donnie is who helps to provide fine hunting land so Taylor and I can hunt different properties and who has been someone we can really count on not to mention a good friend....he won't hold back, he is a very out spoken man and WILL tell you how it is which needs to be heard sometimes. There's no telling what's about to come out of his mouth. Mr Donnie will tell you how it is.....NO JOKE!!!

Pyro and a just started female off Pyro (aka known as Low Hill's Pyro's Freak) were turned out first, Pyro ended up grubbing one up and finally settled under this coon. The female off Pyro I truly believe hasn't gotten up the courage to cross wide and deep creeks just yet but I can understand that.

I'm here to tell you that it's been a tough year of coon hunting in our part of the country. Coons must be moving in the middle of the day or late at night because it's been tough to get a hot track...we DO NOT hunt over any buckets. We test and train our dogs to hunt with confidence and not rely on a easy coon. The last two (wild) that were treed during pleasure hunting, I truly believe that they were lay ups for the reason that they were balled up in big tree forks, in nests or in hollows trees. Getting a coon to look has been nearly impossible.

Both of our dogs Pyro and Taylor's English Redtick (Buck) at separate times worked hard and I mean really hard to end up under a coon a piece. They did fine jobs and we're proud of our coon dogs.

Placed 8th at the 2015 Southern Heritage Saturday night.

I didn't hunt Friday night, I was the hunt director but was able to hunt Saturday. Three years in a row winning at this hunt.

Thanks Mr Don, he's a really nice hound, I'm blessed to have him and his pups are showing his traits.

When that Homer female comes in Pyro will be breeding her. I'm glad she's at the house. That breeding with be so much track power. The Walker line in my opinion has gotten away from tracking.

You and I both Mr Don, I guess people will one day soon want to breed their females to coon dog instead of just a name like we talked about. I know Mr Winston would be proud of Pyro and what we're trying to do.

Like I said before, I'm not out to try to make a living on coon hunting, if I did I'd go broke. To this day there's not a stud fee for Pyro to breed to anyone's female. I just would like to pass on what is getting out of our reach. Putting track back into one of the Walker lines before it's gone forever for the people who still know where it all came from.

SKUNA RIVER AND COMA you can't get any better than that in my opinion.

That's why we have Shock, once everyone see's that bloodline they'll be wanting some of that if they're track dog fans.

It's hard to find this blood anymore. Pyro will be breeding her and this female is that big boned coon dog that you don't see anymore.

She's a diamond in the rough for who are Skuna River lovers.

Mr Clay Waters from Guyton Ga posted this video and he seems to be very happy with this female.

She was the only one that lived out of five. Georgia heat was rough this past summer and I did the best I could to keep her living.

Pyro's puppies are showing more and more drive. If you like track driving dogs instead of tree dogs. Everyone knows you can't take the tree out of Walkers...they're going to tree. If you like babbling you best not come this way. Honest strike dogs are only here.
