Update on Le,
Looks like he is going to be fine, took him hunting a week ago treed him self a big fat coon, he was happy to go, tree style was a lot different from before he got poisoned, treed in 1 spot like before but was on all 4s instead of chest glued to the side of tree lol mouth weeker than before but still louder than some.. going to hunt him about 1 time a week to get his strength built back up.. he sure has a lot of hart and been a good 1 for sure .

Thanks Dave, i have been having a good time so far this season. I keep on coon hunting right thur deer gun season but i just go to certain spots at that time.. matter of fact I'm out at this moment letting Le get some exercise lol.

Dave his tree style is alot different but he sure was happy to go and looks alot better each day, just need to get his back end stronger as that is what we are trying to do a little at a time.
He jumped in back of jeep ready to go but after 2nd tree tonight i had to help him up in it. 1 coon and a den think we have had enough tonight i think we are both about worn-out lol.

Rumor has it Jackson ain't turned a dog loose in several months. Last I talked to him I think he was considering becoming Amish 😂!! Not that anything is wrong with that.

Haha.Thats the truth.I haven't turned a dog loose since opening night.Im not proud of that but i sure have lost that fire I had.When I get one that I think I can some day compete with I'll get back into it.Dont get me started on the Amish and the out of staters.There on my bad side.

Sounds like I missed out on a dandy hunt Doug. Glad to see your having some fun with these ole speckled up hounds. I knew it was gonna be a good night, but I had to sit home and nurse myself back to good health, LOL.

Danged ole 24/48 hour flu bug has me feeling like I ate that chunk of coal, I got in my christmas stocking, LOL

It was a good time dogs looked good. And a lot of laughs at each other, i got hung up in some vines and fell and it was a real slow fall and roll before the vines let loose. They had a good laugh, we stopped at store and tim got us some jalapeno pickled eggs, they hit the spot Randy had heck of time trying to get egg out of jar with plastic spork. Lol and i fish a habanero pepper out of the jar and talked Tim into eating it.. lol he made some funny faces.. lol
ol juice ran a coon red hot up under a root pile on a ditch had a heck of a battle.

What a hunt we had.. 9 trees shot 6 singles and my walker pup had several deer races, while the coon treeing was going on.. Thanks again for you and Randy coming up..
