Had a blast tonight at our meat hunt. Kenny Meyer hunted his nt ch Sadie female and I hunted Heidi. We made 5 trees; treed 7; and killed 4. Had great dog work by both females

That was the first one I've experienced getting hit, and I hope I never have to again. We take that chance anytime we turn one loose, but man it never happens to the ones you want hit! Lol... She's living the high life in my back room right now... She's recovering very well, but won't know more until we go to the vet Friday. I hope we have better luck in 2015!
