The infamous last drop came into effect to tonight.

To make a long story short Dutch treed in deep along thunder creek and of course he was on the other side. We found an old missouri crossing about an 1/8 up creek. Dutches tree was 3 big cotton woods that came out of the same base and he was up in the crouch just out of reach hanging out a little ways over the water, so I tried stepping up on the side of the tree to reach him and slipped and went flat on my back in the creek. The bank was about 6 feet up and straight down and there was no stopping myself I just went flying off that **** thing. Had to swim my a$$ out, it was only about neck deep and found that because in a panic of splashing around since I can't swim anyway and the fact it was colder than hell I went to the wrong side and had cross back to try and get him again. SOB had 4 coon in that tree and I never got to shoot a one. Then Jason and I had to wait for about 20 min standing out in a feild freezing while scott got his dog off tree. There wasn't one inch of me not wet and frozen I went completely under. Oh and we were over a mile from the truck. Man did everyone get a laugh over that one. Had two of my high school students with me that like to go along and the only thing they said was they couldn't wait to get back to school to tell everyone this one.

thanks jason and scott for coming down to hunt. Other than the little wet thing the night was going ok. Dogs were looking good, we were having good time shooting the sh$t and then it all went to hell, at least for me.

And you are lucky guy a wife that is pretty as yours and cook like that. Man you got it all good dog good wife. GOOD COOK. SHe's goin to have to give the ripe for them rappy things they were answome maybe can get the wife to wipe me some LOL i already told my wife about them lol

Why don'nt you get ahold of me tues afternoon. I don't have anybody's phone #'s now for some reason my phone doesn't work. But I took an old phone in to get my number put on that one so at least I have a phone. I'll get that recipe from amy. I guess they weren't ready to eat yet. oops They are suppose to set up over night or something like that. Oh well.

Hey i heard there offering swimming leasons at the high school with your luck you better check into them.LOL is your light still workin good thats the important thing. I've had a few laughs at myself today. My light still works fine. How about the motorola radio of scotts did it start working again. I think my phone is sol. and that really sucks because I have a ton of numbers on it. Have a good xmas. talk to ya tues.

I don't know if scott radio works but it might it turns on. Yah i shot some beer out my nose today thinkin about it. Wife asked me if i lost my mind i told her i lost that when i i said i do to her lol. Anyway will have some more good hunts in the future i'm sure of that and i never did ask you what u thought of blue is he going to make a coon dog or what be honest now thats one of the reason i went to get your opinion on him.

Thanks chris blue's not finished hound by far but i like the direction he's headin in. It kind confused me he treed on those last two with dutch and brandy and your pup he's usally split lol but i liked it they had to be pretty hot tracks. I really like seeing flash off on his own there on the last one pretty good for no further away than he was with them other 3 treeing like they were . He hung right in there with his own tree. Like i said though come on up before hide season over and will try to put you in some coon.

Here my 10 year duaghter figure out how to take the pixs at nite. She goes duh dad u got to take the flash off when you got your lights on them or shut your light off and use the nite vision one what a little smart a$$.

I have a hard time taking pictures at night that turn out. I assume it takes a good camera. The lighting always seems bad with the head gear we all wear. Whats everyone use that does the picture taking?

Bryan J i justbought the daughter this one for christmas it's dxg something something i don't know squat about them. It does have all the feature but i just didn't know how to use it but does take good pics. Now if i can learn how to use it lol.

Uno has really gotten taller the last few weeks. His voice has changed a little too. He is LOUD. My wife has been complainin about his volume. His tickin his gettin darker all the time.

About the pictures. I just use my wife's digital camera. I rarely have my light on when takin the pics. It just has a good flash I guess.

I have been keepin track of that uno dog. I ask corey about him all the time. I really like his color alot and with his breeding he ought to make a really nice hound. I was the one tht went with corey when we bred his mom.

I have found that if you turn your lights off and use the flash it takes the best pictures. If you cant see the dogs have someone else leave ther light on just enough you can see them. Here is a picture of brandy and my english dog blu is behind her.

Yah blaine my daughter and me took ours out lastnight and she showed dad [me] one more time how to use the camera in the dark she took some good pics of different things. You know modern techology is beyond me i remember when my calulator was as big as my books in school and a computer was a electric typwriter. LOL

That has not been that long ago cause I can stil remember the electric typewriters. And they still make calculators that big ( there for old people that cant see!!) Lol!! I have one of them myself and I aint that old just cant see.

Uno will still be a lighter colored hound but will be darker than the last time I put a pic on here. I like his personality. can't wait till spring so I can get some good hutnin on him.

I really appreciate what Corey did to get this pup for me. Most guys would have given up and said come get your female. It just sucks that the other pup in the littter died. She was marked almost exactly like Uno.
