Folks, this hound is really starting to impress me with very limited breeding, (20 pups on the ground) he is showing that he can and will throw some dang nice off spring from different females. I personally have 2 at this time from different females and both are starting to impress me and both are under a year old. I believe if you have a nice female that you are wanting to get pups out of, Ace will definitely do his part. Ace is packed full of top coon dogs and top reproducers and they're not 6 or 7 generations back, most are in the top 3 generations. Study his ped. and you'll see what I mean. I know many don't care about what is on back in the pedigree but he is from 2 good coon dogs that are from coon dogs and so on clear back. If you don't like the all blue coloration, just remember that if you bring your tan trim female to him, you will most likely get several tan trim pups and there are many folks out there that is waiting for all blue pups. I don't have any affiliation with Ace other than Mike is a friend and one of my hunting partners. I'm sure Mike will show Ace most any night you care to see him.

What I know about Ace?? I owned and hunted Ace for a while and learned a lot about him. First, he is one of the most honest dogs I've hunted with. When he trees you won't go into the tree wondering if you'll see a coon or not. He also likes to get by himself and does so a lot. He will split and hold all the pressure needed. His is a good natured dog and a gentleman at all times. His hunts to find a coon whether in company or not. Also, he's pretty dang easy on the eyes. So if you're searching for a nice stud, you may want to consider this hound. Mike can give references on people who own Ace pups. Thanks for reading....Ron

No, I haven't been out, been real busy but starting back up soon. Tim did take Satch and Mercury out the other night and treed a few. They saw a total of 10 coon but 7 were setting up around the trees they treed on. He said Merc did good along with Satch.

If you see anyone looking for an all blue female let me know. I'm going to sell Bell. She's a nice pup but with Merc and Tessa to hunt this year, I'm gonna be swamped. $300 gets her. Thanks, Ron.
