We sure needed the rain around 4 inches for us also. My garden sure has greened up. Now I have to try to talk one of the Grand kids into helping me pull weeds.........Tim

Several Mad Dog bred litters are being raised at this time, From Cowboy, Astro, Ranger,Smoke and Wacker. Should be a lot of new blood in the hunts by the fall of 2015.

Cameron Cooper has a 7 mos old female (GR NT John II x GR NT Shelly) that has split from the old dogs and had the meat and she treed another while hunting alone. When she trees you have to go get her, she is a classy treedog, bawl on track and hard chop on tree..........Tim

Larry Heskie(Cherokee, Iowa) will be here today, bringing Two-Time-N-Glo (BBOA 2011 National Hunt Queen) to be bred to Astro. She is a nice hound and should produce some outstanding pups. Glo is from John II x Glo 911...........Tim

Sure has been hot this week but can't complain, all in all it has been a very mild summer . The Astro and Sally pups sure are growing, good looking pups...........Tim

Got a call from Jerold Parker (Kansas), he has had to go to his pup (7mos old) treed with the meat several times while running loose on the farm, and the pup is running and treeing with the old dogs. Jerold says that the pup sounds like an old dog when he gets treed. Jerold says the pup could be bought, just because it is Black and White, he will show him in the woods 620-343-0760........Tim

The doctor is going to work on my knee on Tuesday morning in Clinton hospital. He is going to try to relieve some of the pain I have in my knee.I hope when he gets done I can walk farther than I could before. God is good......Doug

Gonna have some Mad Dog pups in Ohio in about 3 weeks. Looks like it will be a big litter. Ranger did his part for sure. Thanks again Tim for your help and hospitality.

It's been three day's now and no pain in my ankle or my hip or my knee! I should have done this sooner. The doctor said to wait seven more day's before I start walking laps around the track and back to coon hunting. God is good.....Doug

Sure was glad to hear that your female is going to have pups, really been wanting to get some of this blood out that way. The blending of both lines should make for some top hounds that will be able to get the job done in the little wood lots and the rough mountain areas that some have to hunt. They should have big mouths, looks, drive and a natural ability to get treed. Time will tell.........Tim

Cowboy x Bee

Talked to Terry Hanson (Minn) last night, he sure is excited about his pup. that he picked up last weekend. The pup rode home on the console of his truck and never got sick or had any accidents. When he got home he turned the pup loose in the yard where the pup found a rag and started playing with it. After a while terry took the rag away from the pup and hung it in a tree, the pup stood on the tree and told the world that she wanted her rag back. Terry said that she was loud and intense, not bad for 6 wks old. It's in the blood.............Tim

The pups from Cowboy and Bee sure are good looking little suckers, Good heads, nice ears with good color. With all the reproducing blood flowing through their veins this litter bears watching.........Tim
