Took Zone and Jake out last night Zone struck at about 100yrds ran the track a little ways and Jake put in with him they got treed in at 570 yards in a big bottom got there they was on a big blown over tree that had fell into 2 other big trees couldn't find it but they sure was blowin it down!!

Jade is a littermate to Max's Indy II dog he had. An the mother to my Riptide dog im hunting now that's 2 yrs old. Should be an outstanding cross.

Max we had a spectator tonight, Jerry went with us for three dumps. We took Skidd and Jango and of the three dumps we made three trees and seen coons on two of the three trees, the one we could not shine very good. Corey got a few pictures and will post later. The funny part is we went where no one wants to go because everyone hunts there. There are coons if they don't blow out of the country every dump and hunt the woods. LOL

Max going for a short hunt tonight. A little warm but it won't kill them for a couple dumps. Taking SKIDD and RIPTIDE, trying to mix it up on SKIDD so there is no comfort Zone!

Max we made two drops last night and made one tree and called it a night. It was harder on me I think than it was on the hounds. Bottom line it was way to hot at midnight to still be hunting!

Max no cigar tonight but over all not a bad nite! Riptide had second strike and first tree on the first dump and could not even shine the tree at all. Second dump he had second strike and first tree to himself and had a coon. Third dump we only had roughly seventeen minutes left, Riptide got in there pretty quick and had first strike but the time ran out before they treed. Not enough points to win it but Corey did get another win on the bench on Riptide, that makes four now so he only needs one more to be a Grand on the bench.

Tell your dad the Corn fields are up so it is time to get the pups on some real chases, a few more turn outs should do the trick! Four months old, six is the lucky number!

Man when it is 79 degrees at 11:30 you know it is going to be a bad tomorrow! I feel it is a little too hot when the temp is holding the upper 70's that late. Some hounds it doesn't bother but some it does, just like me!

Max how about updated pictures of Jade / Tango's pups?
