Hey my friend ! Just coming by to give you a shout! All these nice clover dogs is looking good! Keep up the great work! Boys I remember when Mike bought Card an started pushing him ! Mike has done a wonderful job with these hounds! I will have to say he is what I CONSIDER A TRUE BREEDER! I have watched Mike make crosses an keep pups out his own crosses and train them an title them himself ! I think it started with Ol Pearl when he got Card! I can remember seeing Pearl when she was a pup! Congrats Mike on the success you have had with these hounds! Don't know how you have not been nominated for BOY! (Breeder of the Year)!

Thank you for the complements Justin, it's been a lot of fun. I don't really consider myself a breeder. I'm a coonhunter that owns and promotes a stud dog. I make crosses I like and think could work, keep a few pups then move the rest. Eveyone knows that breeding is the easy part, anyone can line up two quality hounds and breed them. I enjoy the work that goes into training and competition hunting them myself, that means everything to me. It's always nice to be recognized for something we've accomplished but breeder of the year is not on my list.
