Dylan Fields handled Waggs and Boy in the show at Troy today and put another win on Boy.

Entered them in the treeing contest, Waggs acted like her mom and didn't pay any attention to a caged coon and Boy bawled instead of his usual chop. That was the first time he's treed on a cage coon.

Took them out for a run and Boy treed one right off the bat then didn't get anymore up. Waggs acted interested but you could tell she hasn't been out, at least she didn't go like she did during season anyway.

Should have put Boy in the water race, he crossed a pond tonite like he was a darn beaver.

That a way get dylan hooked on the blue dogs. You been hunting much. We started 2 a days this past week so I didn't get out. Hopefully this week. Spent all weekend at the IBA FAll Festival. Shot pretty decent but not good enough to make the top 5 shoot off. Was 16 pts off. Thats another level. I shot will with a good long bow shooter today. That was pretty fun.

Hey walter, gosh it was nice to get Tiki out again. I hope we can get together for a hunt once 2 a days are over. That way I can see Dutch put some coon up.

Just saw a 160 incher head into my pasture, season isn't gonna get here soon enough. Spotted the big one before the corn came up, believe he'll break 200 inches this year but he needs to come south 3/4. The big non-typical hasn't showed himself yet, need to get some cameras up.

Great job trent. That long trip was worth it. You both have worked hard and overcome some major bumps in the road and it's very well deserved. I hope tikki can continue to carry on what you and your dad have going. Thanks again for giving the ol pot licker a chance and breeding to him.

Thanks. I think he has 68 pups not positive though. There are 3 more that I know of that have wins and 4 or 5 more that will be ready for the hunts next year. Would be nice to reach that 100 mark.

Corey, I may cross Sas with Dutch again in October to help get him to 100.

Got the trailcam set up by some snacks to try and get some pics of the big boys that have been hangin around.

Cool Thanks. It seemed to work the first time. I put my camera out 3 wks ago and went to check it sat. Evidently I had it set up wrong. Had a bunch of pictures of grass, a few coon and a few half deer. I had it pt to far down.

Took champ out for the first time in probably 3 wks tonight. What little hunting I have done since fb started I've been working a young dog. That sob payed me back bigtime. Freak did he run. Good news is the pounder pup was treed with him every breath.

Cory, I dont know why you don`t incorporate some coon hunting into your conditioning program!! That would get the dogs in the timber as well as get your players in shape.. Not sure how you would explain it to their parents when they came home all scratched up from briars and all. Heck you would probably have to make sure each of them had a garmin so you could kee track LOL.. sure glad to hear the yound dog did his thing. I am hoping to get out tomorrow for a dump or two.. Thanks for the update. I thought a few times he might of bumped something for me too. Glad to hear he's coming on. Do you think he'll make a comp dog after a good hide season.
