North Carolina

Plans have been made for a trip to hunt with Courtney Risk in North Carolina on Saturday, Dec 20th. Hoping for warmer weather and no rain. Courtney is going to keep Buster down there for me and hunt him over the winter.

I'm bringing Pinner along also and we have a date set with Dean at Nevergone in Indiana on Monday afternoon.

Guys Daryl did a three day road trip to be admired !! He and pinner went from Iowa to Carolina to Maryland to indiana in three days and broke pinner out and treed coons in all three places !!! Pinner went two coons and a den in md on a cold mid 20 degree night when the coon weren't moving !!!! Nice dog and top owner !! Thanks Daryl

Getting lots of good reports on Pinner pups. Early starting, loud mouths, hunting desire, independent & accurate. That's what I am hearing pretty consistently when guys are describing their pups.

Boys pinner is doing his part in the stud pen !!! Buddy has one that 6 months old that has a huge mouth,doesn't care what another dog is doing and super accurate !!! Providing no mishaps Bo will be at Sullivan the first of April for the baby stakes and I'm tellin ya he will be a contender !!! Once your in the woods less than 5 minutes you forget your in the woods with a six month old pup!!! And I talked to justin and he says he will be making that cross again and I have a pair on hold if he does !!! Guys I have seen a lot of great crosses in my time and the cross on pinner and Justin's lockbox female is as good as any cross I have ever seen and better than most !!!!!! And Daryl is as good a guy as you could ask for !!! He will turn pinner lose and show you what he does!!

NITECH Belly Buster picked up a NITECH win Fri with 400+. Buster is owned by Daryl Reiter of Tripoli, IA and I had the privilege of handling him here in North Carolina.

Buster is out of DRIFTER and GRNITECH Half Breed Joey. Joey was a littermate to Daryl Reiter's stud dog PINNER.

"John the Revelator" is out of the Pinner x Wild Wilma cross owned by Jeff Fox & Ken Crompton. Sounds like he is a very nice young hound. Ken told me that John is the best pup he's raised and whenever he buys another pup it will for sure be a Pinner pup.

Daryl, we knew this was going to be a great cross but I think it has even took me by surprise. John is an absolute machine.. Last nite made the 65th coon treed and has caught a few on the ground. He has never been hunted with another dog or on buckets purely natural.. There is another male here that just sold for $1500 he also is treeing his own coons. This hole litter I'm confident will all title out. We hit the nail on the head!!!!

Pictured is Throw Away. She is owned by Lane Eads (641-777-1826) and Aaron Eads (641-777-1589). They have a young male for sale out of her and Pinner. I believe he's around 7 or 8 months old and been in the woods a few times. Located in Southern Iowa. Pinner

Pinner is a 2015 PKC Super Stakes Sire and a UKC Performance Sire. I'm not a big stud dog guy, heck not really a male dog guy, always preferred a female. But Pinner is my type of dog. Just love his personality and hunting ability/style. I've had a lot of people ask if I'm still hunting him and the answer is YES. I enjoy hunting this guy so much, he'll never be retired. Anybody that wants to see him go is more than welcome to come and go hunting. Or if I'm in your area, let me know and we'll tree some coons. I love showing this guy off.

Pinner doesn't have a lot of pups on the ground and they are still very young. 2015 is going to be the year that his pups start hitting the hunts. I've been hearing lots of good reports on Pinner pups and how much natural ability they have. I'm a firm believer that the female is as important as the sire in any litter. If you have a female that you like and want to raise a litter of Pinner pups, get ahold of me and we'll make it happen. Or if you are looking for a Pinner pup, let me know and I'll see if I can help you out finding one. I've got some very nice females lined up to breed to Pinner this Spring
