Yep hope she did good and has a speedy recovery.

What pups are you trying to name? Calleigh says if its a girl you should name her "Sparkly Purple Princess"(I don't let her name my pups!), But I am thinking you should!

We got her back home and recovering. 2 more Crocket pups 1 male 1 female. Going to name them Bam Bam and Pebbles lol

Crocket was high scoring dog friday, double cast winner, and the king of hunt at the zone 7 championship. Even better than that Grace won also making her a nitech. I love seeing his pups win!

We are going and hunting a couple of young dogs. Never know we might find a sick coon and get it treed.LOL

Eddie, that will be a great time at the "Crocket" Hunt. Hopefully, we'll have Gypsy there for it.

Roy I doubt very seriously if you'll need a sick coon to get it treed...I am quite sure most of the coons you and Timmy tree are in panic mode looking for a way to get "up" somewhere so they don't get caught on the ground. LOL

Thanks Roy! unfortunately I won't make it up cause my wife had surgery and I need to be here for her. I hope your young dogs win it. i'm going to try and come back up for the zone 1 marshall hunt again this year and hope to see you and Timmy. say hi to Timmy and pet Smoke for me

Thanks Bob I better keep him. This cross had produced the best pups I've ever had. But I would part with him if you would let me bring Weeze down here and raise one more litter

Going to take Icon out tonight and see how his leg is doing. It's been a couple of months since the surgery and I'm hoping he hasn't forgot anything and all is well with him.

Icon looked good for being layed up that long. He got treed 3 times. 2 times with the others and 1 time on his own. He is a little slower going still yet and will be sore tomorrow. I love hearing him get wooded. He is loud and bawls hard.

Eddie, Icon is going to be fine with a little exercise and rehabilitation. He'll be right back to where he was in no time.

His littermate sister, Gypsy, keeps doing her thang. Bogie has been down with a bad cold for a few days, but planned on getting her back out tonight. She is treeing a coon by herself just about every time out now. Some are prettier than others, but she is getting them treed. I told him I am going to buy him a digital camera so we can get some better pictures than these dang cell phone pics. LOL

Well obviously my line of work doesn't allow me to hunt like I used to, but what it does do is give me the financial ability to have the right folks hunt my dogs for me. That is a blessing, otherwise I would have to give up my one of my favorite things in the world. When I do get to slow down and get back to it, I won't have to start over, I'll be able to just go out to the pen and hunt what I have been working for.
