They got some battle scars from this one after it decided to bail before we could shoot it. I seen them pull it off 3 trees before we could kill it on the ground. luckily no vet bills just some antibiotics for a couple and they should be good.

Just wanted to let everyone know that Jack won his cast and placed 9th on Friday night in Ashland this past weekend. This was Jacks first night hunt. Jack is a pup out of Lady and Bandit.
Congrats to you both.

Lady has a win towards grand, What nasty weather she had to do it in. 40 mile/hr winds snowing trees cracking like a rifle should have stayed at the club house.

Lady failed her first HTX hunt Friday night. Poor weather was moving in and not much was moving. She hunted close for the first 20 min then she was going to find one. She got over a mile in the wrong way I intended her to go and had the meat just couldn't hear her from the wind and time ran out. Treed for over an hour before I could get around to pick her up.

Beda is having her pups today. Hope all goes well, she already lost a male. It always seems that my dogs have them early by a few days, must be the mountain air.

No better way to get ready for the World Championship, thick greenbriars all the way to the tree and covering it. We couldn't even see the dogs at the base but they had the meat.

Lady put up 600+ last night in Meadville to win her cast and high scoring dog of the hunt. Congrats to Joe and Lady and hope she does it tonight to advance.
