to many leaves on the trees now, just gonna do the comp hunts and wait till later in the year to start hunting hard again. if i hade a old dog that i knew was strait id hunt more now but dont wanna take the chance of mine slick treeing and me not knowing cause with all the leaves i cant tell if shes right or not. dont wanna tell her shes right when i aint 100% sure. she hasnt done it yet but i aint gonna take any chances.

Ryan if you want to go to a hunt and your papers arent back yet call them and get his ukc registration number and when you sign up at the hunt all youll need is that number but it will cost an extra 5 bucks. Hope that helps

i did get his numbers yesterday from them.but i was told by a friend that had to have eeasy entry card or papers??

No sir as long as he is permanently registered you only need his ukc number when signing up. Like I said tho it cost an extra 5 dollars, its called conditional entry. Something they started not to long ago. Call ukc and you can hear it from them also.

Wuts everyones tracks been like i got a 18 month old female that was burning tracks up n getting treed with the meat majority of the time then she came in heat and i had a baby so she was layed up for 2 months. Took her the first night n it was like she never had been layed up but since then shes not finishing tracks n is just bogging down n not commiting to a tree but not slicking ether so im hoping the tracks are just rough plus the moon. She wont stay at a hole unless its growling at her so i think thats part of it to

Had a nice hunt tonight. Sent Ike on one side of the road and got Mouse out and sent her on the other side. Didn't take Ike long to tree anout 5 minutes he was treed under a coon. Went 670 yards. Mouse fell treed on my way to Ike and she was under a coon too.

yeah monday rock treed one deep last night tuff and hunter (my uncles dog) run a hot one and had the meat. taking next two nights off

Took my 2 10month old pups out male struck and located a few times but could never get hooked??, female not hunted much and is trying,but not opening yet. WEATHER dry? goin tonight takin Big'n he's been laid up for awhile with erlicia (Darn Ticks) See what happens, got a hunt local fri 1 hr. PKC ?? see how he looks tonight?? Good luck all!

I have a 10 month old male, he put a hole in the dark with my 4 year old and we made two drops. First drop not a strike the second drop was alittle interesting to my 10 month old, he decided to put some mouth on track but this track was a hog haha! My dad was with me, he said what are you going to do I said nothing he sounds good running that hog lol! Then my 4 year old opened in the opposite direction, the 10 month old quit the hog and went to him. I was proud of him, didn't find the coon the tree was really big and leafy. Called it a night.

I guess anytime you cut loose it counts lol. Ike just treed on a den that was empty. Then he had a coon and now he's treed again. Nice night to be in the woods.

Yes ,it's a nice night to be in the back 40. He is mesing around sounds like me with pnewmonia wheezing arond. I had to come back and check on mama and she is fime so I recon I'll step out and see if he's treed yet . Don't worry , I left the cell phone on the golf cart recrding it all . Be right back I hope.

Im back! I guess he did not want to get it over so quick so he back tracked off twice. the second he tried it I gave him a tounge lashing. My dogs seem to undrstand SOB better than COME HYAR but not as goog as Sit or load up for they know I am seriouse . Come hyear they hear and it might go in one ear and out the other because they hear that everyday and lightening don't strike so they just might turn a deaf year to that command LOL. Anyway, he treed it after messing around for 45 minuites but the bucket of dog feed I had layed cattywampus up a tree had not been messed with so I recon that the coon had got close about midnight but left out. I don't know. But I sure do know I would like to have the money to hang a GPS collar on the couple of coons coming to the feeder . That would be cool to know where a coon was at and exactly when he was wherever the GPS said he was . Then turn a dog in and watch the cartoon develope on the screen right infront of my eyeballs . To wattch where the coon had been feeding and which way he was laying a track 30 minutes old , and then sic a dog in his direction with a REal TIME Gps collar on hin too. Well , won't that just separate the men from the boys and all the GREAT HYPE about a cold nosed sniffer will go up in SMOKE. I got a feeling the one wanting to straighten me out still licking his wounds on that one. But I would like to know where the coon is in relation to where my dog is What I want to know. I DO NOT , NOT, want to know so I can Create some Hype about it. Thank you, for listening, you have been most Graceous.

Went last night got out about 3 n made 4 singles by day light real good night.....went a week thinking my coon disappeared n then out of no where boom there every where

I hear ya tracks have been rough at times. Its so dry.. have a few hunts the next few nights so well see how it goes.
