Jammer thread?????? WHO DAT?? I was in it about Joe House and what he did for the breed . Has it all fizzled out to one dog nama mama Jamma??? Looks like an up side down pyramid if that is what ya'll think , Just think, by the next couple of generations this thread will claim he was a quarter House Bred.

Well one thing That got me interested own these house bred dogs is there drive and track power and being accurate. I realy think guys worry to much about a pup running some trash know and then just about every dog that I called a hell of a track dog was a little gamey when they were young. And another thing that realy started cacthing my eye on these house bred hounds is that them guys out west are takeing these dogs and makeing big game hounds out of dogs that people bred them for coon but there noses are good enough to run a big cat for hours and hours and put it up a tree. I'm only 35 but I've been coonhunting since I was 5 with my dad. and personelly don't know of all the different lines I've had that u could take them and do that. If I get a pup that runs a deer when he's young the only thing I hope for is he or she does It wright. I will do my part when the time is wright to break that dog off of anything besides coon. I don't go to alot of hunts a few her and there but mainly my dogs have show me eyes in my back yard and if they can't do that there not in my kennels long.

Paul thanks for the reply about the pup, she's a looker for sure. She's going to be taking a trip to Ohio to Jeff Duvall's. Lucille looks good , and she's must have it figured out if shes treeing them by herself. Thanks and best of luck.

Wanted House bred dogs for bobcats.

I have hunted this line of dogs back in the 80,s they all came from joe house and bobby shive they worked great on bobcats had tons of sense and were naturals unfortunately I am not a breeder and lost this line. Anyone that can help me I would be greatly appreciated. I mainly bobcat hunt now but do start my pups off on coon. I am not looking for these competition dogs, I want the original traits of smart stay put tree dogs that have tons of nose. Thanks Bryan
