I took these pics today, thought you might like to see "Shaggy" progress.

Also, congrats on all of your successes yesterday. My first night hunt went well, kinda surprised I was the judge, but I guess it happens. Dog did MUCH better than the handler.

Thanks all for the congrats. What a big weekend at Wilton! In the field trial, CH GRWCH Red Fever Hot Iron Ox won line and tree in his heat, Red Fever Phantom By Moonlight won line in her heat, Red Fever Gangsters Pair A Dice won line and tree in her heat and tree in the semi-finals, and WCH Red Fever Worlds Foxxy Lady won line and tree in her heat, the semi-finals, and the finals, finishing her to Field Champion! In the water race, NITECH GRCH Two Worlds Collide won line and tree in his heat, GRFCH WCH GRCH Red Fever Razor's Rip N Tear won Champion line and tree, and CH GRWCH Red Fever Hot Iron Ox won Grand Champion line and tree! Red Fever Phantom By Moonlight won class in the show, and Red Fever Gangster's Pair A Dice won class, breed, and BOS female! Aubrey hunted Ox in the night hunt, and didn't quite get the cast win (handler's fault!), but he was very happy with how Ox did for his first Nite Hunt! Thanks to the Wilton Rod & Gun Club for putting on another great event, and to the Gudgeon boys for all their handling help! Also congrats to Carl for finishing Dan to Show CH and getting Class and Breed with Chief!

Brandon, Bruizer looks good. Keep working with him.....we can't wait to see how he grows out! P.S. - Love the bottom pic.....Jada is really growing up fast isn't she!

Thanks for the update on Maggie, Scott. Have fun down in Iowa this weekend. I'm sure you'll have a great time down there, the club and it's members are top notch.

More Bruizer pics

Did some workin' with Bruizer today. Tracked and treed a coontail. While he was treeing a little "friend" showed up and started nippin' at his back leg. I took care of that problem, didn't faze Bruizer whatsoever though, good focus!!!

Aubrey, Carl and Bill Gudgeon went out last night, and took Ox, Dan, and Moon. We just sold Moon to Bill; she is a top prospect at just 18 months old, and it looks like Bill will have himself a Quad Champion in no time! Keep up the good work wth her, Bill!

Took Tater and Bullet out for some play time today. It was pretty warm out so I took them to a sand bottom creek. Can we say happy pups.
Worked Tater on the leash also. Let the bucking, pulling, I'm dying here and hit the brakes start. Way to funny. Never had a pup anticipate the collar tightening up and yelp while it was still loose. Couldn't stop laughing. But he soon figured it was easier to go with it. By the end he was getting it.
We've also been working on the ramp and kennel quiet. Ramp still needs work. Kennel quiet close. Real close. He knows what hush means. I think I finally got my bawl/chop dog.

What a handsome King Tater! He looks like he has settled in very well, Scott.

Had a fun day at Fall Creek on Saturday. Clyde, Dice, and Foxxy did some winning in the Water Race, Ox, Dice, and Foxxy picked up some points in the Field Trial, and Moon took Class, Breed, and BOS female and Ox won Champion Male - Qualifying them for the World Show. Here's pics:

I felt the pics were too cute not to share. The one of the dogs is neat too where the background is black and white.

Maybe not so much this year, but definetely next year I'm sure Nora and Jada will get to play together at a lot of the shows. At least the ones on my weekends off!!!

Took Tater for his first swim today. He walked right into the lake.
Picked him up walked out and let him go. Took right to it.
Taking them all out tonight. Should be fun.
