Ivomec wormer question

I have a walker that i give .5 mL of Ivomec
once a month he weighs about 60lbs is this the right amount?

0.1 ml per 10 lbs. so you need 0.6ml

That's the same dose in heart guard.

my vet told me and i wrote it down .5ml per 100# for oraly were are u guys geting the higher dose am i giving to little

lol we have been giving it all my life I give grown dogs about 60 -70 lbs 1cc and I have never had problems getting pups, but I do rotate it with another wormer that gets hook worms because it does not treat hook worms,

heartguard plus is what vets prescribe for heart worm prevention and the active ingredient is ivermectin, I have wormed my dogs once a month with ivermectin cattle wormer. i use .5 ml or 1/2 cc for 50 pound dog given orally and have never had problems with fertility male or female.
