Things that make you panic hunting ?

You get the sharp cramps I mean that get you on your tip toes and make you start sweating and your zipper is stuck on your coveralls.

Hip wader strap breaks

Your in knee high water in a swamp..gotta go number 2 all you got is your sock

Forgot to charge light...collars...

Your a mile from your dog and thats the closest ur getting...


You gotta cross a blow down tree, across over head deep swamp with 2 dogs in the winter..


Your dog trees behind someones house at 2 in the am

The list could go on...

Listening to your hounds work up a cold track into a running track then lock down treed. As you are enjoying listening to them blow the top out of the tree a half mile from you, you hear two gun blasts and then dead silence. My heart stopped. Thankfully, the story had a better ending then what I had feared!

Your dog isn't opening and your Garmin dies or you realize that you aren't picking up your collar.

You get the stomach cramps took care of and realize in the process that you dropped one of your gallouses in the process!

Running one towards a highway.
Treeing in someone’s back yard. Had both happen lately. Both incidences turned out fine by sure didn’t help my blood pressure. lol

When we were pleasure hunting friends gr nt. And he got into manure pit!!

Young man that was with me went in and got him out😳😳😳😳😳😳!!!!!!

Getting a phone call from a mad landowner about your dog being treed next to their bedroom window.

I staind my pants one night thought I had to fart but it was wet had to pretty much wear it home glad it was just me and the dog and she didn’t tell everybody would have been real embarrassing if my buddy’s was there

Listening to the best dog you ever owned trail off the mountain towards paved road and hearing him fall treed right beside the road then hearing a truck coming and stopping, dog goes silent,doors slam, truck drives off, all the time I am trying to get through the briar thicket helpless to do anything....sick feeling!

Dog takes coon track out of woods catch's it under an old farm house that I thought was abandon with some foundation blocks missing , shes fighting the coon I crawl under and get both and while under house I hear footsteps going across the floor above..... Never ran so fast when I got out......MAW
