A Tough Good-Bye!

The Morning after we won the CHKC World Hunt I loaded Grand Nite Champion, World Champion Mojo's Dark Side in the truck, I noticed she was not exactly right, some what sluggish, later Monday I decided to take her to The Ohio State University and it was there on Thursday, that Dark passed. We are currently awaiting the final Autopsy report. The early signs are bacteria meningitis, infection in her spinal fluid. Dark will be GREATLY missed by Me, my Family and many others.

The last night she went to the woods Dark treed 5 single coons, won the CHKC World Hunt and put on a performance that will never be forgotten. She was a Troubadour, Tough as they come..

I had the privilege of owning Dark's dad (Mojo), her mother (Pocket), her grandmother (Racket) and grandfather (Fightin' Side). I will continue to promote this line of dogs!

I would like to thank everyone for all of the kind words spoken about her thru the years and the days after the World Hunt.

That is sad... sorry to hear that.

Sorry for your loss Scott, I had a beagle with it last year. We caught it early but it took a long time. Every time I get a really nice one I look for something like this to happen, they just never last very long.
