Oak Harbor Sectional

I see where they are having a Redbone Sectional in Oak Harbor, Ohio in a few weeks. Are y'all going to have an all Redbone hunt on Thursday night? Will everyone just hunt together or will there be seperate categories. I heard an unconfirmed rumor that there would be a "pup class". Is that true?

They always have had a all red hunt on Friday night at oak harbor zone hunt before haven't heard anything about a pup hunt but there should be a half a dozen around might be a few in there first real hunt on sat night if they look ready come day light sat morning after the late round fri night and moonlight /outlaw board meeting 😀

If I send a "representative" up there with an 11 mo old pup, will y'all let him hunt? It will be their first comp hunt. Or is this hunt only for members of the Moonlight/Outlaw team?

Dad and I have been going the last couple years so ya they will take anybodies money. Why don't you come on up and we will hit a few $kc hunts that week and then head on up on Friday.

I might have a dog there but it is in famous not famous,it might tree a coon and might not,hope they have some tame coon their to lead my dog to the tree.

I told him that the comp would be awfully tuff at Oak Harbor so I think that he is going to the $KC Spring Classic instead.

You're right, I know when I am beat. That is way too much power for me. I am glad to see Doug and Woody back out and in the spotlight. And I am glad to see that 3 Senior citizens can still get-er-done against those youngsters. Mark, who did you hunt?

Great week end had a blast like always Tripp was zone winner two cast wins 1650+ for both night
Richard goose got in a pic for the treeing contest with her new handler redbones daughter she got first and second as Danny hired her to handle Tripp also she even hunted goose fri night but she had to Leave the cast early McDonald's was going to close before the cast would be over she had a good week end great seeing those young handlers having fun

As for me I got beat in a nail biter Jesse and ridge treed a coon with less then 5 sec left in the cast sat night to beat me but I guess it don't sting that bad when you get beat by a pup that came from your own place 😀
