Free speach is also in their sites with a measure just introduced in the house . Illinios is under fire with a new bill just brought in in gun control and they have the dem support to pass it .

Trump has been a very successful business man in the D.C./Manhattan area, knew what he had to say and who he had to pay to get business done in this area, because if you don't pay you won't play. Trump also knows that this is not how the United States of America should be. Trump knows we need a wall on the south border with big welcoming gates for legal immigration. He knows we need that wall to protect citizens of the U.S. not from Hispanic Mexicans, but from middle east terrorists and evil minded folks that are coming here to create terror. Take a look at everyone running for President Hillary, Jeb , Rubio to Cruz and they have all been bought off by lobbyist and have superpacs, if you think these superpacs aren't lobbyist's your wrong. Rubio and Cruz are supposed to be conservative, but take a look at there record, Rubio wanted the Dreamers Act implemented then on his review saw the voters were against it and new that if kept pushing for it his chance at Power of being President had no chance so he reversed his position. Cruz voted Yeah for TPP and got the ball moving, Then voted Nay at the end because the firm he has hired showed this was very unpopular to the voters. He knew he could vote Nay at the end and it would still pass as Obama wanted it and so did the Rino's and Democrats as this gives them power in the NWO.

There are only 2 guys running that are worth voting for and that is Huckabee and Trump. But this is the wrong election for Huckabee and Trump is the only one business savvy enough to Get United States headed back in the right direction for the Citizens of the United States. If you look around the world, World War III is on it's way and to me Trump is the only one that is Savvy and Bullish enough to lead the world out of it and prevent it from happening. If you look at Republicans and Democrats and how each believe that Reagan and Clinton were so good for America they will be pale in Comparison to what a Trump presidency will do for all U. S. Citizens!!!

H.R. 4269 – “To regulate assault weapons, to ensure that the right to keep and bear arms is not unlimited, and for other purposes.”

The scariest part in reading the description of the proposed bill is the part where it states “and for other purposes.” What exactly are those other purposes?

We reported on this previously, but it is important to continue to let you know exactly what is in this bill. They tell us it will be in committee and has ‘zero’ chance of passage, but stranger things have happened in our compromised government. And the pressure for gun control on our Reps is extremely high right now.

The gravity of the situation

You can bet that the Democrats and POTUS who are pushing this bill will never truthfully answer that question as to what are those ‘other purposes.’ Disconcerting would be a good word to describe this bill, but that somehow does not fully capture the gravity of the situation if this bill were to pass.
Definition of a semiautomatic pistol

“A pistol that utilizes a portion of the energy of a firing cartridge to extract the fired cartridge case and chamber the next round and requires a separate pull of the trigger to fire each cartridge.”

That is how the bill describes a semiautomatic pistol, which is pretty much any pistol currently made other than a revolver.
The bill also further outlines an semiautomatic pistol as a pistol that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any 1 of the following: a threaded barrel, a second pistol grip, a barrel shroud, the capacity to accept a detachable magazine at some location out of the pistol grip, and a semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.
So that means that even if you do not have a threaded barrel on your G18, it will still be illegal because it is the semiautomatic version of an automatic firearm.

All AR and AK pistols are out of the question, and if you have a threaded barrel on your semiautomatic pistol it will be illegal. It further outlines “A semiautomatic pistol with a fixed magazine that has the ability to accept more than 10 rounds.”
Definition of a semiautomatic shotgun

“Any repeating shotgun that utilizes a portion of the energy of a firing cartridge to extract the fired cartridge case and chamber the next round and requires a separate pull of the trigger to fire each cartridge.” It goes on to specifically list the makes and models of banned shotguns that fit this description.

If your shotgun has any type of barrel shroud it would be considered illegal.
Definition of a semiautomatic assault weapon

“A semiautomatic rifle that has the capacity to accept a detachable magazine and any 1 of the following: a pistol grip, a forward grip, a folding, telescoping, or detachable stock, a grenade launcher or rocket launcher, a barrel shroud, or a threaded barrel.”

This rules out any AK or AR rifle that is made today, and even ones by custom shops. Although there seems to be a loophole on bull-pup style rifles, specifically the IWI Tavor (pictured below) as long as it does not have a threaded barrel, but then again there is also a loose interpretation to be inserted into what a pistol grip is. It is not listed on the banned list, but a FN PS90® is.

Section 8 Severability – The Worst Part

“If any provision of this Act, an amendment made by this Act, or the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional, the remainder of this Act, the amendments made by this Act, and the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.”

This is probably the scariest part of this bill. If you can prove that one section of this is unconstitutional, only that section will be removed while the rest stays in place. Good luck with that anyway, but it seems that if this passes they have ensured that it will be nearly impossible to remove it in its entirety.

A call to action

This needs to be stopped dead in its tracks! Even if you do not believe in citizens carrying/owning “assault style weapons” this bill erodes the foundation of the second amendment by letting the government define what kind of arms we can and cannot have.

The second amendment reads,

“A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

In District of Columbia V. Heller (2008) SCOTUS handed down the decision that the amendment protects the individual right to possess and carry firearms. Note that the end of the Second Amendment states“shall not be infringed,” which is exactly what this bill is seeking to do.

Call your representatives and let them know that we will not stand for the removal of our rights and that We the People hold the power.
Let your representatives know that they can and will be removed from office if they do not carry out the will of the people who elected them. Persevere and don’t let up, the future of our country rides on us fighting injustices such as these

I wonder just what a "well regulated militia" is? I had never really read the second amemdmant until today. I just knew that it stated....the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. It looks to me that some could/would argue that only a "well regulated militia" has the right to bear arms. While others could/would argue that "shall not be infringed" means no gun control whatsoever.

The only problem is "we the people" have different views on the gun control issue. Some of us think that there should be no control and others think that there should be no guns. So I guess that there will have to be a middle ground somewhere. I think that everyone is willing to compromise to a certain extent but just where is that middle ground? It seems to me that the people that think everyone should be armed have done a lot of comprimising to where guns must now be "registered" and the government has control over who can own a gun. But the people that think that no one should have/own a gun have comprimised to the extent that anyone with a license can carry a concealed weapon now.

The people who want no guns should go live in a country with no second amendment . "Shall not be infringed " is pretty clear wording .... They can either live with it or move the wording does not allow for their compromise as you call it .

Now that is sure a different interpretation that I have not heard before. I always thought that a militia was to protect our democracy/government from outside forces that would try to overthrow it. I thought that our right to vote was what we are supposed to use to keep our government in check. Didn't we learn anything from the Civil War. How did that turn out? Do y'all really think that we should have a repeat?

Do a little history checking our forefathers refused to ratify the constitution until the bill of rights (first 10 amendments)were included , they had lived under a tyrannical centralized government and would not do it again . They believed in strong individual rights and individual states rights and a federal government with a presidentsy of limited powers .
Their guns weren't just thought of as for hunting they were also what stood between them and tyranny .
Richard get your B's together and pray you never need the first 2 ... Bullets , beans and bibles . We are those stuck in a perfect storm and 2016 is a pivotal year , which way the wind will blow us .

Yes on the beans and anything else you would need to survive without going to the store . Most Americans have about 3 days of food and would face starvation in 2 weeks .
Militias are state defense forces and to defend the constitution they are made up of individual volunteer citizens . Mosts primary purpose is disaster relief in emergency situations , in Mo it's usually tornados and flooding but they do military training in case it's ever needed against enemies both foreign and domestic and they are not under federal govt control . The domestic part includes if they ever find themselves under a tyrannical government that has went against their rights granted to them in the constitution . No one wants a civil war . How many of our military would fight against it's own people if our country were ever put it that situation ?
Sleepyhead , ham ?? I'm all about non perishables but will admit ham is not included but lots of salt is for persevering meat if needed .

Have you ever sold or traded for a gun on here or any other web transaction , have you ever sold/bought a firearm while walking around a gun show from someone without a booth , do you or anyone you know take or have taken an antidepressant , do you know anyone who has been deemed incapable of taking care of their financial decisions or have given someone else power of attorney over them for financial and medical decisions ? If you answered yes to any of these questions this executive action pertains to you . We all know someone we would not consider mentally ill who could fit their criteria . This is about getting a ton more guns registered and about developing tracking of weapons . Bottom line if those with bad intent want a firearm they will get one .
