I really like my box made by Owens, I take good care of it keep it cleaned out, I don't beat it up or mis use it cause they cost to much to do that(IMO) I also keep it on a stand when it's not in my truck, but I just noticed that the entire front of it has cracked every where that there is a weld it is broke, there is 6 different cracks in it I plan on calling them & talking to them but don't no what they will do about it if anything

Owens have a lifetime warranty. As long as you have not drilled any holes in it to bolt it down or any other changes. You can call them and they will send you another one.

If they won't do something about it for you ol Dave Webb welds aluminum and they do a good job he could probably fix it for you. I'm in the market for a male pup if you happen to run across a heavy uchtman or smokey river around fairly close. Joe and Sally.

Yes it should have been a sticker on the inside of one of the doors that lets you know about it.

They offered to give me a deal of a lifetime they said it was a one time deal. $537.00 for a new box plus I had to pay shipping. Not what I was hoping for

Just take your box to Autumn Oaks and put it on display next to their vendor set up and I bet that you will get a better deal.

Mine is also cracked in several places and the welds that hold the bottom on are broken.

Mine did the exact same thing. I had it welded and it cracked out again. I took a bunch of flat metal to it for support.

I bought a box from them the hole inside separating panel broke plus both doors broke on top of the vent I TOLD EVERYONE ON HERE NOT TO BUY THEM GUESS YOU DIDN'T SEE THE POST THEY ARE JUNK AND SO IS THE PHONY COMPANY THAT MAKES THEM NEXT TIME YOU TALK TO THEM MENTION TIM FROM MONTANA THAT THEY SCREWED ALSO THANKS TIM

I may have been mistaken about the lifetime warranty. But I know for a fact they have or had a warranty on there boxes.

I have a buddy who has an Owens. It had a warranty level inside the right door. The welds on his box cracked. They told him to take pictures of the welds cracked and he took pictures of the bottom to prove he didn't have any holes drilled in it to bolt it to the truck. Owens sent him a new box. And he had to be there to meet UPS so his old box could be loaded and sent back to Owens.
