Arkansas vs Oklahoma

Were having the "Battle of the States" club hunt on March 15th at 7pm. The hunt will take place at Scott County CHA south of Bates Arkansas. $10 gets you in, UKC rules. Half the pot goes to the winner along with a big trophy to brag about! There will also be youth cast available with the same prizes as the above, ukc youth hunt rules apply.
So come on out and lets see who can win "The Battle of the States!"

About 15 miles west of Waldron and 13 miles east of Heavener, Oklahoma. I've got directions to the clubhouse on our Facebook page. Just type in Scott County Coonhunters on a Google search and you'll find us. Hope to see y'all there! I've had a lot of people calling from all over, I believe were gonna have a good turnout. The more shows up, the bigger the pot!

All the festivities start at 5pm with a pie auction. But you can get there after noon and sit around listening to live music, pitch some horseshoes, and have knee slapping good time with us cowbillies!

Looks like were gonna have a good crowd with some good weather. We've got plenty of guides and judges, with plenty of hot spots. Were also gonna have some senior cast available. We'll keep you out of the mountains and hunt in the Poteau river Valley. Nice, easy walking! Look forward to see y'all there!

Cedar creek community bld

Trophies Awarded

Directions. From Heavener, Oklahoma: 10 miles east on hwy 128. Turn right on Lovings road. Go 2 miles & turn left at the T. Go 3 miles and clubhouse on left. (Cedar creek community Bldg)

From Waldron Ar: 15 miles to Bates Ar. Turn left on walker mountain rd. Go 3 miles and turn right on cedar creek pass. Go 2 miles and turn right on weeks rd. Go 3 miles and clubhouse on the right.

Thanks to everyone that came out and supported the event! Our pie auction was a huge success! The rain held off till about 5 o'clock. It slacked off about 7 o'clock. We got 4 adult cast and 2 youth cast drawn out. About 11 o'clock everybody made it back in safe! We thank the Lord for watching out for everyone and making some good memories for everyone! Congratulations to Jeremy Metcalf for winning the adult cast with 175+ and to Garrett Allen for winning the youth hunt with 225+. We'll do it again next year, its gonna be even better next year! Thanks again!
