A little about BOATER

Big loud bawl mouth, independent loves to be by himself, preasure tree dog that has the coon a very high percentage of the time, hunts hard alone or with company. He can't walk on water but he is a nice hound, made DUAL GRAND as a two year old,has won big hunts as well as small hunts . Free for a limited time to titled females or females that can tree thier own coon. We have two litters out of him now and they are nice. If we can be of help just call #660 415 7381 TOM

I am ; Bub came down last night and we turned him and ANNIE lose. Had a nice hunt and BOATER was king of the hunt . Found a young man 16 years old that may just be what I have been looking , just have to get the walkers off his brain and I think BOATER may have done that last night. Besides he thinks that ranger is the way to go. Getting close to the classic, sounds like it will be fun with plenty of dogs . Is Mark going ? Hope we get lucky and draw the right guide and get one of the JOKER dogs in. Randy ,you should hear this GATOR pup ,he sounds like his daddy but louder believe he will make a good one this summer. BOATER did a really good job friday night against all odds. hunted with three walkers ,one hunting his own ground with bucket feeders and BOATER still won that tells me one thing BOATER is coon dog. CLOSEST dog to him was 400 behind 'not bad. Just wish we could have drawn the rite guide saturday. Oh well we had a ball, the people were great and the grounds was top notch. We will be back next year I hope. Now it is on to English days and ANNIE will be there. TOM

Dale sent me a vedio of his pup and you talk about loud OLD BOATER is sure putting the mouth on them. Can't wait till this weather gets better ,I need to get these pups rolling. Thought about breeding ANNIE to AWSOME but Jason was at a hunt in MS. so forgot about it for now ,but it may happen someday . Lets think about that heart land classic in may mite be fun. Recieved this text yesterday about one of his BOATER x TOPSEY Pups QUOTE I hunted that little female last night and she took right off from the start and ran track and treed . This was her first time out and really impressed me and the other quys I was hunting with. Been awhile since I've had a pup take right off and it has me pretty amped up] I don't know what amped up is but I think it is pretty good. We wish him lots of luck and thank him for giving a BOATER pup a real chance to be what she was bred to be. TOM

ANNIE and Gator

Are going out tonite for GATORS first time ,the boy is wired and ready. FANNIE went for her first hunt last night with her daddy and went all the way ,not to sure she didn't strike first. If I can stay with her she will be something special. The garman sure makes it fun to watch the pups Right now I've got the fishing pole ready and I'm going to go fishing, tough life but someone has to do it. TOM

Had a good one today of GATOR treeing his first coon but my stupid smart phone must have ate it. I know it couldn't have been me. anyway the little fellow really impressed me . I quess I'll have to buy me a camera if I want to keep filming the pups. Randy ,we have a world qualifier saturday night come get your feet wet. TOM

Went to the world qualifier last night and the BOATER did'nt let me down. Two coon were treed and BOATER had one by himself and second on the other , not bad for a dog that has not been hunted for awhile. Don't really make much defference with him ,just drag him to the truck and take him hunting. He is the same dog everytime you turn him loose. Now all we have to do is get the ANNIE qualified and we'll give it a shot. I'd like to thank BUB and JOHNNY for not getting thier Jack dog ENTERED in the hunt and giving us a chance to win seems they just forgot, what a pair.LOL 58 dogs entered last night and the club did a bang up job , makes you proud of the old boys. And I almost forgot one of the most important things about the whole night ,my new member of the team that handled BOATER for me last night MR GEREMY NEELEY ,A BIG THANK YOU for a job well done. We did have alot of fun.I believe IA. must be noted for thier handlers. Two of the best I know of come from there. One is a little forgetful though. TOM

had to go to the vet today ,seems he found a big old thorn with his foot. Now he has a swollen foot with a little infection, so he is down for awhile.Back to hunting ANNIE and the pups for awhile I quess. TOM

BOB, maybe we'll just make a run at it this year. YOU and OLD ROCKER going to get your feet wet again? Got till september to get BOATER ready so maybe I can get him finished by then. lol Tom I may try that but right now he is under my vets care.
