Election 2012 Predictions

Well, we are down to one full day left of campaigning to go. Soon we will vote and then get along living happily ever after. LOL!
What are your predictions?
I am predicting an Obama win with around 320-330 Electoral votes. I think Ohio will be close, but North Carolina, Virginia, and Florida are likely Obama pick up. I think he will win 3 of these 4.
Hurricane Sandy helps Florida swing to Obama- if anyone knows the importance of FEMA, it is FLoridians.

Dems hold the Senate with 53 seats and Reps hold the House by a razor thin margin, maybe only 2-5 seat advantage.
Here in MN, the Voter ID and Gay marriage amendments both get voted down.

For a handy reference for your predictions this website is handy:

I think it will be close. Believe Obama will squeak out a close win. Would not be surprised to see Romney win popular but lose overall. Think republicans will hold house but won't get the senate. Would love to see Obama lose by a landslide but don't see that happening.

I think you are right that popular looks better for Romney than Electoral does. For the past few weeks I would have predicted a Romney popular vote win with an Obama Electoral win, however things have moved enough lately that I think Obama will win the popular by a slim margin.

I feel that Romney will win by a pretty big margin. I know for a fact that NC is going to go big for Romney and also will support the Republican candidates and we will have a Republican governor. I think the Libya situation has hurt Obama big time. If we can not depend on him to cover the backs of Americans overseas, how can we depend on him to protect us here at home. Obama has been a shame and disgrace to our country. JMO

WE NEED CHANGE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GO TEAM ROMNEY

NBC is reporting that 'Delphi retirees say Obama administration betrayed them'. Cut their retirement 30 to 70% of what was promised during the bailout. I hope that 20,000 votes is what puts Romney in the lead in Ohio. If they are all married and each voting.....40,000.

Posted by GA DAWG on 11-05-2012 12:50 AM:

I just don't know myself. Id love Romney to win but its gonna be close. I also think electoral votes are dumb. Just vote and whoever gets the most votes win!

Ahh that explains alot. Living in the past LOL

Obama will win.

He's selling taking from everybody else and giving handouts. It's easy to get people to vote for handouts as opposed to the alternative of personal responsibility and self reliance.

Jealousy and greed are easy sells, that's why Obama even with such a bad economy will win, because nobody plays jealousy and greed quite as good as him.

Win or lose, I will vote for Romney. Whoever wins, we will need to hold them accountable for their policies and decisions. Kudos to U.K.C. for giving us a place to discuss those things important to coonhunters, including politics. My true desire for this nation is a great movement of God in the hearts and minds of the people. If that happens, we can win back our culture regardless of the resident of 1600 Pennsylvania Ave. GOD BLESS AND GO VOTE!!!

I am trying to be optomistic but am afraid truly may be right. 4 more years of this administration and their Debt accumulation may just mark the end of this country being a place where our children and grandchildren can prosper and have the life we would wish for them. This country has probably not been this divided since the civil war. So much for all the rhetoric about uniting us as americans with a common goal. The founders would be ashamed of what has become of the country they invisioned.

You are a man of great wisdom....I say Romney will win both sides by a landslide. I dont think the media wants us to know....The media wants everything a close race,,as a sales tactict. I still have plenty of faith.

No predictions here, but if obama wins, then it just means to me that most Americans and even some claiming to be Christians are not ready to turn back to God, which just means more punishment for our country. If Romney wins maybe it'll mean that God is giving us some more time to turn back to him.
I know Romney is a Mormon, I don't agree with his church, but I do believe he is a Christian, and really loves America, I don't know what Obama's religious beliefs are.
Romney will win all the States in the Bible belt (south). Come Tuesday, pray to God and then make your vote.
GOD BLESS AMERICA

I'm a Christian and I'm voting for Obama. I'm happy with that decision. You don't know what obamas beliefs are? Here's a short clip right from his mouth.
"I trusted in Jesus as my savior for Eternal Life". See if you can understand that Terry

I saw a piece this morning about it ... some guy with a computer that sorts through this stuff has Obama as the favorite.

Several other factors that are odd , but have been right for years are predicting Obama ... like which one sales the most Halloween masks and stuff .

Too bad it's not by popular vote or the electoral college isn't set up more fair .... Romney would for sure win then , as it stands ... gonna need a last minute miracle to get Obama out.

Of course Christians can vote for Obama, they just have to repent afterward LOL.

He said it wasnt JUST a christian nation anymore. As in the U.S is more religiously diverse than ever (I.E. a Mormon running for president) and guess what, they polled the national association of evangelicals they said the same exact thing. You weren't dreaming, but it helps to look into things for yourself to find out the truth.

“Much of the world refers to America as a Christian nation, but most of our Christian leaders don’t think so,” said Leith Anderson, the association’s president. “The Bible only uses the word ‘Christian’ to describe people and not countries. Even those who say America is a Christian nation admit that there are lots of non-Christians and even anti-Christian beliefs and behaviors.”

Vernon, I was just joking but if you want to talk a little serious then here are some things.

The Democratic party took any mention of God out of their party platform, then they put it back in after it was made public.....TO BOOS, that's right BOO's for God.

That alone should be enough to show you that they are against what God stands for, but their platform should show you that as well. The democrat party as a platform never met a baby they didnt' think needed killin and never met a murderer they thought did deserve killin. That's a pretty big thing in my eyes.

And before you ask yes I have voted for plenty of democrats in the past that didn't stand for those things, but now the party has officially went away from the democrats of my grandfather.
