you question the call and take it to moh , he cant tell you to shut your mouth , your a voting memebr of the cast , as long as you where not cussing or trying to make trouble then they where in the wrong , sounds like they where wrong anyway but its hard to beat someone on a 3 to 1 vote .

That stuff is bull#$% why would anyone wanna win with a dog that doesn deserve it i try to keep a good one around and most times i am the first one pointin out their holes! Lol

Fellas, a three to one vote on scoring a tree is a done deal. It isn't getting changed by the MOH or anyone else. Right, wrong, whatever, it is scored and done.

Easy solution.....hunt the fall and winter hunts. Can't + a bare tree.

Around here the only ones who hunt in the summer hunts are the ones who like cheat or have slick treeing idiots.

No MOH is overturning a 3-1 vote in the woods. Even if he did take it back it would just be a formality and the MOH would uphold the ruling in the woods.

There is no way around it. If a MOH had the authority to overturn a 3-1 vote no one would ever get a win because someone would file a complaint almost every cast.

They can scratch me on casts like this if they want.Ill go back to the club house and let them know about it the right way without causing a scene.The judges that some of these clubs choose reflect back on the club.Bad judges = bad clubs.It is hard to find judges sometimes i give them that.the clubs need to know what goes on out there or they cant fix it.I was at a club the other night and they drew out casts.They went through the other 3 cast members asking if they would judge and they said no.They had to give the score card to the last guy but they didnt want to.He had his judging priveledges taken away before and he will again before its over with.

If UKC were serious about correcting this problem all they would have to do is put one rule in the book. Any handler questioning the scoring of a tree can go back to the MOH and request that a panel go back out in the woods and score the tree. Simple as that. It would be a closed case.

i agree . every hunt i attend the moh gives the same speech , and if you cant settle it in the woods question it and bring it back . so if this happened dang right theyed get a ? on a card reguardless of the outcome , i like how some of you are siding with this cheating bull$hit , makes you kinda wonder .....

most around here use a panel these days so who wants to spend 20 bucks on a question thats already had a 3 to 1 vote on in the woods.... if its a rule question i can see it but on a scoring question your just donating

People team up or are already buddies. I always said before most people were just making excuses because they got beat, but after getting knock out of a chance of going to the finals last year because people going blind I know how it feels. But I didn't question it either though the coons were walking down the tree about to jump out as we were walking off, judge said well times up and said but you do see them and he still denied it. Karma will get guys like that every time, life always plays fair in the end. JMO.

In this situation the panel wouldn't have to go back out till afterwards cause it wasn't a scratch. If guys knew that a panel could come back out you can bet ALOT more trees would be scored the way they should be. Just three weeks ago I got minused for being slick on a tree I squalled a coon out of. I could have taken a circle but on a 2-1 I am not gonna take a question back,but if I could have put my $100 up to take a panel back it would have scared them to death how fast my money would have come out.

been there too,squalled one out they wouldn't see. nearly landed on crooked judges head, i said you see it now, he said what, where, duh uh yea. a cheater will break rules to win, and enforce rules to make others lose, the only thing to do is give'm hell, aggravate them to death every chance you get. get you a medium sized 4 million powered spot light and a small camcorder and have some fun, i do!!! kinda like putt'n a lock on something to keep honest folks out though. they may get fight'n mad and buddy up on you, tell'n lies, trying to get you barred.

Sadly, you are misinformed, the taking the panel back out will keep more folks honest than barring of an innocence individual. There are times guys might take a good screwing and there is nothing a guy can do per the rules but taking a panel back is one rule that helps prevent it.

I haven't heard of many people getting barred in the other KC for this. The threat of people getting barred does more to help the situation immediately than the actual barring itself.
