i was just wondering. i have seen some young dogs out of bean, and they just didn't seem to have the drive that bean must have. not all are reproducers.

That would be too easy Dennis! If most people on here hunted as much as they troll the boards looking for trouble they might have a decent dog of their own.

If Bean isn't reproducing then I'm pretty sure people would stop taking their females to him to be bred. But since Tim keeps running him at stud I'd be willing to bet that the majority of people that have either bred to him or have pups off of him are happy with what they are getting.

never hunted with him or his pups so i cant say but titles arnt everything. cheaters and buddies can put titles on dogs. if he is making coon dogs or not is the question. everyone knows that there a lot of good dogs that will never get a title or even see a night hunt. to bad there isnt a way to put a % on the number of COONDOGS that as stud has reproduce.

If stud owners want to come on the internet and talk up there dogs, basically talk all of us into buying pups from them, then they should be able to stand the heat when someone questions how well they are reproducing. I think that it has to go both ways. Everybody wants to talk about 6 month old pups treeing and this pup having the loudest mouth ever. Welll the fact is there is a lot of bs being spread, maybe it is time for us, the buyers of all these "best litter ever pups" to call out stud owners

you also have to think about the bottom side of it. the stud is only half of it. think of how many pos female are bread to dogs like mojo, insane cain, or any other top stud out there. everyone knows that there are people out there that breed for money and not coon dogs.

your kidding who is going to pay a stud fee and breed a female if they don't think it will make a good cross come on think about what your saying would take a dog and get it bread to a stud pay the money if you thought it wouldn't reproduce look at lil'red it don't have have the best papers to make a dog

LOTS N LOTS of people do that every day. They bred a female that has no business being bred to a stud dog that they have heard great things about and expect him to cover up the faults of the Dam.

Agreed! Guys get on here and BLOW And BLOW bout how great there stuff is and there little groups of buddies all follow along but so help me god if somebody wants to say something bad theve seen or a negitive common trait!

I use to read bloodlines and on here and pray someday I would own something like what id read bout than I drew several and am glad I dont!

Yes people breed pos females to studs just to make a quick dollar. I've known Tim for a long time now and bought some dogs from him. I currently have a male pup off Bean and he is showing alot of potential. This is coming from a man who told Tim numerous times that I wouldn't because I am a Maniac man. But after not being able to find a pup with Maniac close up I got 1 off Bean.

So for people to just bad mouth a person and his dog over the Internet just is ridiculous. Do you have to feed his dog? Do you have to buy his pups? No, no you do not. So quit bi3@hin about Bean and try to get somethin better than him

When I started coon hunting I would sit and wanted,dreweled and fantisized bout the dogs in bloodlines and dogs on here than I drew a bunch of em and dont no more,makes me sick!

If a man and his friends want to get on here and talk to each other about their Bean dog's who cares? If you don't like the thread you don't have to read it... I don't own anything off of Bean and I've only really talked to Tim a time or two in person so I don't really know him. BUT he seems like a good enough guy to me. I'm pretty sure there are alot of other people on here that deserve to be talked about on here other than Tim and his Bean dog...

Max I do agree with part of what you said.. Alot of the "BOOK" dog's are no better than what most people are hunting. But I can assure you there are a few of them out there that are as described. The hard part is weeding out those and going to the real dogs.

people that just breed to get a litter a certain stud dog. mr smith you need to read the post from the start
