Grand Nite Champion PKC Champion Texas State Champion Crooked Creek JR was out of Dual Grand Champion Sugar Creek JR and a Junior bred female. He was one of the coldest nosed dogs I ever hunted with but if he opened 3 times, he would finish. And, when Junior rolled it over, he had the meat. I loved to hunt him in January on the ice and snow. He could consistantly tree coon other good dogs did not know was around. I wish I had got more pups out of him. He died around 20 years ago.

I have lots of videos on my Lakeland English Coonhounds thread on the English Classified board.

Heck, Junior, there are lots of main board readers that probably don't read the English board that would like to see the videos. Keep it up and if no one is interested, let it die off.

Dave, the best pups I raised off GrNiteCh Reynolds Tom Tom, were off of a daughter of your Crooked Creek JR dog. Most of them came blue in color, but the were naturals with nose and speed.

'PR' PLAIN ENGLISH'S LAKELAND OL' BLU

Blu is a 8 month old pup out of Roofus. He started at a very early age of 4 months old. He has ran and treed every trip out. I have seen him work a track ahead of NTCH Hard Wood Pepper but he is is still slow about opening. He has treed ahead of her. He is pretty quick on the track. As he matures I believe he become quicker to strike. He is to young to judge but he continues to progress the he has he should make a dandy.
So here is a video that I finally got to upload. This chase went deep enough the only hound we could hear was Blu treeing. They were treed for well over an hour before we got to them. This video had to be cut down but it's about 7 minutes long. Listen to the huge mouth of Blu. They were a good 200 yards deep when they struck.. Enjoy, JR

A 9 month old Roofus bred feamle pup

Here is a video of last Friday nights hunt this was the last drop I never went hunting until 2am I made 2 drops and made 2 trees in 2/12 hours. This was a rough track that went right up the river for 2.49 miles that ended up crossing and treed in a small pine surrounded by laurel bushes. Sue never skiped a beat until later when I decided to go into the tree with my cell phone. This was on the Back Fork of Elk River in Webster County WV. It was real humid and muggy that nightis why I waited for it to cool down some. But the dogs still burned up. I have no clue what hound struck or treed 1st. I am recieving Pm's about her I have two guys wanting to take her and try to title her but I am undeciede at the time what to do but I ery well might let them so I concentrate on the others I have. We will see what happens. Enjoy, JR
