Red Dogs

Just wondering what everybody thought. What are the top 5 red dogs in the last 15 years or so? Just curious. Any responses would be appreciated. Thanks

i have a red female out of shenango king x bachelders black pearl... pearl goes back to chief that is where her red came from... reba is probally one of the best jump dogs i have ever owned in my life !

I have a year old male and his sire's sire is Blitz. This pup hunts like a bird dog daylight to dark day after day. I hear Blitz was just like that.

Thirtyoughtsix blitz & thirtyoughtsix Flybye. It's hard to pick between the two. Those two as individual rabbit dogs alone propably lock the #1 & #2 spot. Reproducing I think there is plenty of people who can vouch for them...and a few dogs that can show you...

I have to agree with phil,shawn,and donnie blitz and fly and there offspring have to be toward the top don't know about top 5 but they should be toward the top I would think. They have produced some very nice dogs.

I have to agree also on blitz, fly and ill add keeper. He has also thrown a lot of nice red dogs. I think those should be 3 of the top 5 without a doubt! The only proven is figuring out whicch ones better than the others! I have blood from all 3. The nice thing is that their offspring throws a lot of red pups also.

yea im not sure either.i dont think hes on the producers list and im maybe wrong but i dont remember him bein on there.old blitz was a nice hound i judged him a few times.i consider us to be lucky with all the stud dogs we have and had in the ukc.like tuff,jake,striker,old chubby,chip,michael,red,king and blitz,beau,and a bunch others.....i was reading old old american beagler mag the other day and jus couldnt believe how the years have flew by!!and one stud i forgot to mention was bawling chips skip he was a nice hound.and how much older my OLD friend thornie has gotten!!!lol

There is definitley no comparison in terms of numbers between blitz and White River Tuff E Nuff that is for sure!!!!! Wow! Tuff has alot of champions does'nt he ? Leading select sire in the incentive fund points as well!! LOL I oughta try one of them Tuff puppies sometime!! LOL i'm glad blitz does'nt have the numbers behind b/c it makes it easier for me to my hands on his pups!!! I bet tuff's puppies are like gold nuggest! Prbly hard to buy one.

i wasnt sayin anything bad about blitz...i just havent had any luck outta them.mitch gould and i owned a pup outta him and it didnt please us at all remember that red female pup we raised mitch with 7 canine teeth!!lol and that was wild to look at!

Thanks guys for all the input. I have a 10 month old female out of Loko Go Red that is doing good and hopefully have one out of Blitz coming. Sounds like I may be on the right track.

Dougs reba dog is heck of red bitch.
Fly and Blitz 2 of my favorite red ones. Gridiiron Poison Ivy i liked also. That would be about it for me as far as red dogs go.
