I just noticed the date on the camera was messed up. Should had been 2-5-2010 . Here is a few pic's of my 7 month old Northern Blue Son X Bl. Moon Riseing Smokey River Sassy pup. He started early and is doing real well. I started hunting him by himself a while back but the weather is so wet and can't make many dumps so I am just running them together part of the time. They don't wind up on the same tree a lot but did on this one.
There were 3 coons in the tree but I couldn't get the flash to go that high. It is just an old camera I forgot I had and I am haveing to relearn how to use it. LOL

Black dog is out of river rattler shaker and knights smooth talk jessie. shaker is out of King of the Hill Poncho and he goes back to hanna's black beaver III and Blenin's Jenny.

on the bottom ,jessie is out of whitakers black smokey II and D & K midnight spook
Spook is out of cypress brake setum up ace and blackburn's fancy
The dogs DOB is june 2nd. 2008

He is going real good just got a slow start. Wasn't hunted till he was 11 months old. Very easy to handle, real pretty bawl mouth, very independant medium hunter and when the coon is dead walk off and call him. Down side of him is he is a little people shy to strangers and doesn't open much on track when he is by himself.

Thanks Rance, he is doing great. Wish you lived closer so you could go with me some time. He is still loud and mouthy it is just a little more controlable now. LOL He wails when you tell him to and shuts up when you tell him to. Atleast most of the time. You may have to say it louder sometimes to get his attention. LOL

I have a long way to go on takeing good pic's. I found a camera I have had for a long time that had a flash but I remembered why I hated it when I took a pic. It has a delay on the shutter. You never know what you are going to get. I set it up differant now and hope I can take a little better ones now. I took 30 and that was the best ones. Just to give you an idea.........

That is ok Jim I am in hot water on another topic becouse I mouthed off about blonds and girls being in coon hunting. LOL

I am not in good enough shape to be able to get threw the deep mud so your stuck with me till it drys up. LOL

Man I don't see how yawl handle it. People here get so depressed and in bad moods when it is bad for a weak or two at a time. Makes you want to lock the door and not let any one come in till the sun comes out. LOL
I am getting that way since I can't hunt. Ground is usualy frozen but it is just a muddy mess and has been for a while. Season is over at the end of the month and I have been knocked out of a lot of hunting. I don't kill many anyway but have some young dogs that could use some out on them.
When I was younger this wouldn't had slowed me down but can't handle half a mile of deep mud any more.

Same here season ends the end of the month, and I just into the coonhiunds early fall last year, always ran the beagles in the Trials, and just coon hunted with an old friend of mine for the fun of it, and we too have missed out on alot of hunting due to the weather, worst winter for us in avery long time! And to boot I have a desk job that makes me fat and out of shape, so that doesn't hel p either LOL! I think you need some Walker color in there LOL!!!

Our kill season is Oct 15-Feb 28. I do more hunting during the off season than when kill season is in. Deer hunting puts a damper on it a lot here. I never shoot a coon anyway. Hot weather makes summer hunting unpleasant for the dogs and people but they do ok if they are conditioned for it. I saw it said once that there was not a creek in OK that couldn't be crossed with a 4X4! Is this true?

I am a soon to be 39 year old Safety Supervisior, we manufacture roof bolts and plates for the coal mining industry, and I shave my own head LOL, but understand about the deepness in a barber shop, LOL!!
