Ok.......now i figure the best way to run things would to have every1 go hunt then have a meeting time for a weigh in and mayb a bbq but idk.....now i really need ur opinions!!!!

A NORMAL UKC HUNT USUALLY COSTS $15.

A RQE COSTS $30.

I JUST DONT THINK ALOT OF PEOPLE WILL PAY $25 TO HUNT FOR A BAG OF DOG FOOD AND A DOG LEAD.

LOWER THE ENTRY TO $10, AND GIVE 1/2 BACK TO THE 1ST PLACE WINNER, AND PRIZES TO THE OTHE WINNERS.

THAT WAY, YOU SPEND 10 AND IF YOU WIN YOU ARE PRETTY MUCH GOING TO GET SOMETHING BACK.

THIS WILL DRAW MORE PEOPLE ALSO. THIS IS HOW WE DO OUR BUDDY HUNTS AND THEY WORK WELL.

KC made a good point about it being in August....he thinks that would be a bad time because ppl are trying to get titles on their dogs.........when whould yall be more free and/or perfer it?? Aug?? Sept?? or early Oct??

I think your idea of a big coon contest with a respectable money prize would be a better route for you to go, or your just gonna waste time trying to get people to come. JMO
