What is your preference ZEB AGAIN or SPECK?

I was just wondering what your preference on breeding a female between the two would be. I have heard a little bit about the two dogs but would like to hear some more. So if you have any info please post it for me. Thanks, Dustin Tutor.

WIPEOUT!!!!!!!!!!

Cant go wrong either way.
Just look at their win record.

Although SPECK is a TWO REGISTRY WORLD CHAMPION!!!!!!!!!

Just my two cents worth.

zeb is the proven reproducer of the 2 but either way you would probably get nice dogs

I heard that Zeb Again does a lot more trailing than Speck, and Speck hunts his way through the timber where as Zeb Again goes one way. . . DEEP. What have yall seen or heard on that.

I am sure that both hounds are for real..My first hand knowledge is that my hunting buddy Duke Proulx bred his outstanding female Nowheres to Speck a couple of years ago and I believe she had five pups..I've personally hunted with three of those pups on many occasions, let me tell you they are top cooners...As matter of fact one of them named Luke placed 12th place at the recent Grand American...I believe all three have won a fair amount of money in PKC being handled by Duke and Randy Steadman...I hope this info helps your choice..

I would have to say Zeb Again. I haven`t hunted with anything out of Speck, but I have hunted with several out of Zeb Again that was nice.

Speck pup

I'm training a speck pup right now and she has'nt missed yet on having a coon. She seem's to be able to move a track and has a good mouth. She opens as soon as she smells a coon but doesn't open to much on a track. I think she will be something special. Tim

Speck

A friend of mine just sold a really nice speck pup. This pup was treeing with another dog by the time he was 5 months old and treeing his own right after. I saw him at 8 or 9 months split hold preassure and have the meat. I am all for a black dog but I have to brag on this pup. Everytime we went, he would be under a coon. Had a real nice mouth also.

Brady

The man that just sold the speck pup was Roger Brasher of Camden, TN. I don't remember the female, all I know is she was a grand nite. If the other pups are doing as good as this one, I'd be tempted to change breeds. Real nice pup.
