i rember this hunt like it was yesterday cause it was one on the last times i hunted My Ol'Daisy Gyp before she was hit on the road she struck a hot track pushed it for 15 mins took it up the creek hit the mountain side and went about 200 yrads up on teh mountain and treed thing was as we got to the tree my light went dead so i just started pointing and takeing pictures and i got this picture

SID TREED IN THE BIGGEST TREE I'VE EVER SEEN! HE WAS GETTING PRETTY TIRED WHEN THEY GOT TO HIM. IT WAS ONE TREE, THAT HAD LIKE 8 OR 9 DIFFERENT TREES GROWING OUT OF IT! IT WAS COOL TO SEE IN THE PICS.

THEY WERE TRYING TO ENTICE HIM TO GET UP ON THE TREE BECAUSE WHO WOULDNT LOVE TO HAVE THAT PERFECT PIC ON A TREE LIKE THIS ONE! IT DIDNT WORK, LOL. HE SAID I'LL TREE, BUT I'M DOING IT RIGHT HERE! LOL.

THIS IS ALL ONE TREE. QUINCY SAID THAT EVEN THE BIG PART ALONG WITH ALL THE OTHER TREES ALL COME OFF OF ONE HUMUNGOUS STUMP! HE SAID IF IT WASNT SO FAR TO WALK IN, HE'D GO TAKE A PIC OF IT IN THE DAYTIME SO YOU COULD REALLY GET A GOOD IDEA OF HOW BIG IT WAS.

HE SAID THERE WERE LIKE 13 TREES COMING OFF THAT ONE HUGE POPLAR STUMP.

Yes she got a cut ear in this chase. I think she caught the coon on the ground before it climbed...there are no barbed wire fences in the area. It was a great chase...the coon crossed a frozen, snow covered lake and I saw the coon's and dog's tracks in the snow on the lake while listening to her tree far off in the distance. It was one of those nights I'll never forget! thanks for the compliment on the picture.
